Meet the Leadership Team
Martin Leeming
CEO
Martin has led the development of cold wrap technology for 14 years, overseeing the transition from innovation to the fully functional, tried-and-tested machine that is revolutionising the market today. Prior to this Martin was a retail professional, working for Asda for 15 years and holding senior positions in trading and supply chain. He led a major change programme to lower the cost of goods from source to shelf including retail ready packaging and effective supply strategies. Martin has also worked with the Low Carbon Innovation Forum at Lancaster University.
Lee Firbank
COO
Lee is a seasoned engineer and project manager with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and quality improvements across diverse sectors of the engineering industry. He is a confident and effective communicator, engaging seamlessly with internal teams, customers, and suppliers. His deep expertise in machine production, installations, planned maintenance, and after-sales care enables him to consistently deliver projects on time and to exceptional standards of customer satisfaction.
Colin Coules
Sales Director
Colin is a packaging professional who has worked in the industry for over 50 years, holding senior management positions with DS Smith, LINPAC Containers, and the Smurfit Group. He has a wealth of experience in delivering innovative, cost-effective packaging line and supply chain solutions, working with multinational companies, independent producers, and retailers.
Craig Newnes
Head of Engineering
Craig has over 25 years’ experience in engineering across multiple industry sectors including automotive, pharmaceutical, telecoms, mining, and fabrication. He spent 14 years in the food industry progressing from Design Engineer to Design Manager. Craig also worked with Packaging Automation Limited, where he was responsible for designing heat seal machines, and giving insight into packaging machinery and systems.
